Biography

Mr. Boyan serves as Vice President and General Manager of RBC’s West Coast business operations and will retire at the end of this year. Prior to joining us in 2001, he spent 17 years in various engineering and management positions with other bearing manufacturers. Mr. Boyan is a licensed Master Electrician and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Boyan’s more than 40 years of engineering and management experience in the precision bearing and highly-engineered component manufacturing industries makes him a unique and valuable resource to the Board with respect to strategy, organization, manufacturing, technology and risk.
