Biography

Dolores J. Ennico has been a director since 2020. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the University of New Haven, where she has been since 2011, and was recently appointed as a Board member of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut. From 2009 to 2018, Dolores served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Olin Corporation. During her time in this position, she was a crucial part of the executive team and helped drive financial results, global growth, and employee engagement through the design and implementation of various human capital processes, systems, and solutions. Before she became Chief Human Resources Officer at Olin Corporation, Dolores worked in a variety of other roles for the Corporation including Vice President of Administration, Director of Corporate Employee Relations, and Director of Marketing – Pool Chemicals. Ms. Ennico holds a BS in Microbiology and a MS in Biochemistry from Southern Connecticut State University, as well as an MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven. Her 30+ years of experience of driving shareholder growth and value, combined with her extensive knowledge for human capital solutions, makes Dolores a valuable member of the Board.
